Deepening T’ai Chi Chih (8 Weeks): Open to all who have taken a Beginners’ class. As well as diving further into the exquisite nuances of entire form, this class will focus on refinements/learning of the second half of the series. We will also read one of Justin Stone’s books, Climb the Joyous Mountain as part of our exploration.
